Most Wanted 2012 is my favorite modern NFS. Most fun i had in online matches, best open world map because having to find cars at least i had something worth exploring for, and the intro to races and rivals were creative enough that i never skipped them.
The game also features a "Most Wanted" list. There are only 10 cars here compared to 15 in Most Wanted 2005. Each car is set a Speed Point milestone. You earn speed points by winning races and escaping the cops, and just little by little from near missing traffic, jumping, and drifting.

Most Wanted feels the closest I'll get to another Burnout sequel. The events weren't always great but the driving model was fantastic, and I enjoyed exploring the city and finding the secrets.

Heat is worth playing for what it is especially with the Project Unite mod and the Gameplay Improvements mod. Do note that NFS Heat is not perfect, unfinished, incomplete rushed, full of annoying bugs, cut contents, the car physics are unfinished, there's clipping issues, random jumps without jump ramps and the damage bar values is unbalanced

I am asking because I want to get both games but can't decide which one. You're gonna have to figure out how to spell that second game you were asking about, because there's no such thing as "Need for Speed Unbounded", and it's not close enough to anything that does exist for me to make the connection. 2012-11-03 05:42 PM. That puts it into windowed mode, but the border still exists.. thus it's not truly "borderless". 2012-11-03 05:47 PM. I suppose its back to using Autohotkey to set it to remove the border. When will video game developers realize PC players would like the option to have fullscreen windowed mode.

Most Wanted has its problems and it can feel grindy at times but it feels like a complete game with coherent vision. Carbon is by no means bad though, but I would consider it my least favorite out of all "golden era" NFS games - and I think there is more fun time to be had with MW. Still, you should play them both.
